True Comfort Heat & Air is a locally owned, family owned, and a veteran-owned HVAC company proudly serving Blount County and surrounding areas. Due to rapid growth, we are seeking an experienced and motivated HVAC Technician / Installer to join our team immediately.

Job Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical components
• Perform system diagnostics and preventative maintenance
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site
• Follow all safety and EPA guidelines

What We’re Looking For

• HVAC experience preferred (installation and/or service)
• EPA Certification strongly preferred
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics/crawlspaces
• Reliable and professional

Pay & Benefits:
